Shutters of laminated timber, stiles and rails of 80x57 mm joined by a mortise and tenon joint, rounded open slats of 14x50 mm, espagnolette locking device, concealed hinges, shutter stop with automatic locking, copper protection border on the top.

Painting with an impregnating agent or a water-based monocomponent paint consists of 3 different phases:
- the first phase consists in the application of a transparent or colored fungicide impregnating agent by immersion and drying process at a constant temperature;
- the second phase consists in the application of a thixotropic water-based coating with an air-pressure sprayer to protect doors and windows from UV radiation, drying process at a constant temperature, sanding with an automatic sanding machine and final wiping with inspection of the pieces;
- the third phase consists in the application of a moist film of thixotropic water-based finish with an air-pressure sprayer in the quantity of 300 microns, drying process at a constant temperature, final inspection of the pieces.
